Microcosms within the
MIT–LUMA Lab

Formed by MIT and LUMA Arles representatives, the Core Team oversees the activities of the Lab and coordinates its five strands.

The MIT 2026 Cohort works in collaboration with the Ateliers LUMA in Arles, France, and with many organizations on the ground to learn, coordinate, and amplify efforts on bioregional design and ecological stewardship.
